5-year warranty on springs
We are confident in the quality of our springs, which is why we offer a 5-year warranty on our springs in the event of a spring breakage.
This applies to the following product categories:
- sport springs
- coilover suspension kits
- coil-spring-kits
- sport suspension kits
Unfortunately, springs can break from time to time. This is particularly true of the rear axle, where the spring is usually quite unprotected (separate system), in contrast to the front axle, where the spring is located in the wheel arch.
As a example:
A single stone chip can be enough to damage the coating, and then the damage is done: rust can spread unhindered, which sooner or later will cause the spring to break.

But no worries, we'll replace the spring for free within 5 years as a gesture of goodwill.*
How should you proceed if a spring breaks?
- Take a photo of the complete marking on the spring (not from the report or registration) and a photo of the break.
- Fill out our form "Warranty claim for broken spring" and add the images via the uploads.
After successful inspection, we will send you a new replacement spring for your car.
* Only springs that are truly broken are replaced; there is no replacement per axle if a spring is still intact.
There is no entitlement to compensation for conversion costs or loss of earnings.
A prerequisite for replacement under the spring warranty is that the spring in question is still available at the time of the warranty claim. Delivery times may apply.
