Complaint & technical support

There are basically two options for handling a complaint: (please select only one; for technical assistance no selection is necessary)

The goods will be sent to us. After checking (or rather confirming the complaint) we are going to replace or repair the defective product. Please mark the package with „URGENT COMPLAINT“ to minimize the standstill of your vehicle.

After reconstruction please send the complained component for checking to us. If it is confirmed, the invoice of advance replacement will be corrected or refunded accordingly.

Please state the item number of suspension kit or spring set.

Please specify which component is affected

Please specify the vehicle type as accurately as possible.

Please specify the year of costruction and the used engine with displacement and number of cylinders.

If you have made any alterations, please indicate this here.

Please indicate the marking exactly as it is coded on the spring (not apparent in the tüv papers)!

Please indicate the marking exactly as it stands on the damper.

Please indicate the mudguard measure in cenitmeter, if the lowering was not achieved. Please measure from wheel hub center to fender lower edge.
