The slotted rubber rings are simply put in the required quantity on the piston rod of the shock absorber and can be removed at any time. Renovation work is not required. The orignal bump stop should be shortened according to the lowering! The special slot shape ensures a secure grip.

The cylindrical rubbers are put on the piston rod. Depending on the quantity and height, different spring travel limitations result.

These PUR bump stops are to be used instead of the original limiters and are put on the piston rod.

For vehicle design reasons, this type of bump stop is used directly on the spring.
The height of the bump stop gives the correspondig stroke limitation of the shock absorber. Thus, the immersion of the vehicle is limited. The tire-body contact can be prevented. Intact original damping elements (where necessary shortened to the extent of the lowering) or rubber bump stops are basically required for each shock absorber.
